Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on merchnora.com, operated by Dao Cong Quyet (“Merchnora”, “we”, “us”).
1. Where your order ships from
All items are made to order. After you place your order, our print-on-demand production partner prints your shirt and hands the package to the carrier. We do not keep ready-made stock at our business address (270 Hillside Ave, Sedona, AZ 86336, United States), and orders are not shipped from that address.
2. Shipping regions, rates and delivery times

The shipping fee is charged once per order, not per item, and is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add handling fees. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not ship there.
3. Processing time
Processing time is the time needed to print, inspect and pack your order: 3–7 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
4. Transit time and tracking
Orders ship by standard tracked mail with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or another reliable carrier. When your order ships we email you a tracking number, which you can also look up on our Order Tracking page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs inspections, weather and peak seasons can add time.
5. Shipping address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address before your order enters production. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will help you work with the carrier.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If a package is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
